A:
We are certainly a factory that has been in business for a long time now with our main line of expertise being in the metal stamping components' production for the past 15 years. In one of our own facilities, we carry out all the necessary work that includes mold design, tool making, progressive die stamping, and precision part fabrication. We are the ones who really look after product quality, exact cost, and even the delivery time schedule. Insofar as the intermediaries' companies are concerned, our company is representative of an entirely different type of business as we only work with our own personnel that is, sourcing all the raw materials and following by the post-shipment inspections that they carry out on the final product. Our well-equipped factory and highly skilled employees ensure the continuity of high quality and bulk production. Our firm is open to your visits and long-term relationship inquiry from every corner of the globe.

Q: Can I get samples?
A:
Yes, we offer sample orders suitable for pre-production and market testing. In cases of simple standard parts or simple samples, we could send out free samples, however, the freight should be covered by the customer. If it is about the custom parts or OEM/ODM projects that require the design and creation of the special mold or tooling, the sample charge will be applied. In case the bulk orders are confirmed, a part or the whole of the sample fees can be returned. The process of making a sample is allowed within a specific time frame that varies depending on the product complexity; on many occasions it takes from 3 to 10 working days. In this connection, we highly recommend you take this opportunity by asking for samples to ensure that the parts meet technical requirements and the performance expectations as you think before the massive production takes place.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A:
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) not only depends on stock availability but also on in-house production conditions. Usually, the MOQ for the parts in the standard parts category ranges from 1,000 to 100,000 pieces. However, if this is about new parts, the MOQ is not the same and it may vary depending on part size, complexity, material, and other factors. We are very flexible and are ready to provide support, especially when it comes to new clients who need to place a trial order, such as pilot production. The idea is to help customers verify the quality and start a long-term cooperation. Let us clarify that normal specifications have an inventory of continuous stamping parts, for which the delivery period is usually 3 to 10 days once the payment is confirmed. On the other hand, customized parts that need stamps to be made will take about 20 to 50 days to do so, then develop a new sample, and the sample approval process before the start of mass production. In case the volume of products is confirmed by sample and payment, then the mass production will start as well. If you encounter any unexpected or urgent situations, we will, to the best of our abilities, make sure that they are handled and handled quickly.
