Electrical heat dissipation stamping parts

Description

Electrical heat dissipation stamping parts are manufactured by stamping process and are used as a type of parts for auxiliary heat dissipation in electrical equipment

Manufacturing process: First, the metal sheet is cut into blanks according to the design specifications, and then the blanks are placed in the stamping die. High pressure is applied through the stamping equipment to cause the metal sheet to undergo plastic deformation. After punching, bending, stretching and other processes, heat dissipation parts with specific shapes and structures, such as heat sinks and heat dissipation fins, are manufactured. In order to improve the heat dissipation effect and product quality, some parts will be surface treated after stamping, such as nickel plating, chrome plating, etc., to enhance the heat dissipation performance and corrosion resistance, or chemically treated to form an oxide film to improve the heat dissipation efficiency.

Common materials: Mainly use metal materials with good thermal conductivity, common ones are aluminum and aluminum alloys, which have the advantages of light weight, good thermal conductivity, low cost and easy processing. They can effectively transfer and dissipate the heat generated by electrical equipment and are widely used in various electrical heat dissipation. In addition, copper will also be used. Copper has better thermal conductivity than aluminum, but it is more expensive and dense. It is generally used for high-end electrical equipment or specific parts with extremely high heat dissipation requirements.

Function: The core function of electrical heat dissipation stamping parts is to speed up the heat dissipation inside electrical equipment, prevent the equipment from overheating and causing performance degradation, shortened life or even failure, and ensure that the electrical equipment operates stably within the normal temperature range. It is widely used in many electrical equipment. For example, the CPU of a computer is usually equipped with a heat dissipation component consisting of a heat sink and a heat dissipation fan. The heat sink is a typical heat dissipation stamping part, which can quickly absorb the heat generated by the CPU and dissipate it into the air. In high-power power adapters, inverters and some large industrial electrical equipment, stamping parts such as large-area heat dissipation fins are also used for efficient heat dissipation to ensure the reliability and stability of the equipment.
