2024-003 high-precision continuous stretch stamping die

Description

High-precision continuous stretch stamping die is an advanced metal processing die designed to efficiently produce high-precision stretch stamping parts. The following is a brief description of it:

Structure

It mainly consists of two parts: the upper die and the lower die. The upper die includes the upper die seat, the punch, the stripper plate and other parts, and the lower die includes the lower die seat, the die, the blank holder and the like. In addition, there are guide mechanisms such as guide pins and guide sleeves to ensure the accuracy of the relative movement of the upper and lower dies; the positioning device is used to accurately determine the position of the sheet; and the feeding mechanism realizes the automatic continuous feeding of the sheet.

Working principle

The metal sheet is sent to the die working area by the feeding mechanism according to the set step distance, and the positioning device ensures its accurate position. The upper die moves downward under the drive of the stamping equipment, and the punch cooperates with the die to apply pressure to the sheet to cause plastic deformation, completing the stretching and stamping process. The blank holder applies pressure to the edge of the sheet during stretching to prevent wrinkling. After one stamping is completed, the upper die rises, the stripper plate removes the workpiece from the punch, and the feeding mechanism feeds the sheet for the next stamping, and so on, to achieve continuous production.

Features

High precision: The dimensional accuracy of parts can be controlled within a very small tolerance range, which can meet the production needs of products with extremely high precision requirements.

High efficiency: Continuous stamping operation with automatic feeding greatly improves production efficiency and is suitable for mass production.

Long life: High-quality mold steel is selected and specially heat-treated and surface-treated, with good wear resistance and fatigue resistance, and can withstand a large number of stamping times, reducing the frequency of mold replacement and production costs

Applications

In the automotive industry, it is used to manufacture various complex body structures, engine parts housings, etc.; in the electronics industry, it is often used to produce housings and shielding covers for precision electronic components; in the home appliance field, it can produce housings and internal structures for refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.
