Radiator housing stamping parts

Description

Radiator shell stamping parts are manufactured through stamping process and are used to form various parts of radiator shells. They play an important role in the structural support, heat dissipation assistance and protection of radiators.

Manufacturing process: First, the metal sheet is cut into a suitable size and shape according to the design requirements to obtain a blank. Then the blank is placed in the stamping die, and the strong pressure generated by the stamping equipment is used to make the metal sheet plastically deform in the die. After a series of stamping processes such as punching, blanking, bending, and stretching, various parts required for the radiator shell are manufactured, such as side panels, bottom panels, cover panels, heat dissipation grilles, etc. In order to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of the shell, the stamped parts are usually surface treated, such as spraying, electroplating, etc.

Commonly used materials: Generally, metal materials with certain strength, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance are selected. Common ones include low-carbon steel, which has high strength and low cost, and can meet the structural requirements of general radiator shells; aluminum alloy is also a common material. It not only has good thermal conductivity, but also has the advantages of light weight and good corrosion resistance. It is suitable for radiators with requirements for heat dissipation performance and weight; in some high-end or special application scenarios, stainless steel materials are also used. They have higher corrosion resistance and strength, but the cost is relatively high.

Function: The stamping parts of the radiator shell constitute the overall frame and external protective structure of the radiator, providing support and protection for the heat dissipation elements inside the radiator, and also helping to dissipate heat. Structural designs such as the heat dissipation grille on the shell can increase the heat dissipation area and improve the heat dissipation efficiency. These parts are widely used in various equipment that require heat dissipation, such as radiators for computers, servers, automobile engines, industrial electronic equipment, etc. Taking a computer as an example, the shell of its CPU radiator is composed of multiple stamped parts. These parts not only protect the internal cooling fins and fans, but also promote the transfer of heat from the CPU to the surrounding environment through reasonable structural design, ensuring the stable operation of the computer.
