Manufacturing process: The manufacturing of shock-absorbing stamping parts usually adopts stamping technology, including blanking, punching, bending, forming and other processes. First, the metal sheet is cut into the required size and shape through the blanking process; then, various mounting holes and positioning holes are processed on the parts through the punching process; then, the parts are processed into the required shape by bending and forming processes, such as the spiral shape of the spring and the curved structure of the bracket. During the stamping process, the mold accuracy and stamping parameters need to be precisely controlled to ensure the dimensional accuracy and performance requirements of the parts. Some high-precision shock-absorbing stamping parts may also require subsequent processing and treatment, such as heat treatment, surface plating, etc., to further improve their strength, hardness and corrosion resistance.
