Small bracket stamping parts

Description

Small bracket stamping parts refer to small metal parts manufactured by stamping process, which are used to support, fix or connect other parts.

Features: Small size: usually between a few millimeters and tens of millimeters, which can adapt to the internal space layout of various miniaturized equipment and products.

Various structures: According to different usage scenarios and functional requirements, there are various shapes and structures, such as right angle, L-type, U-type, fork type, etc., and some also have various holes, grooves, bosses and other features to achieve specific connection, positioning or installation functions.

High precision requirements: Although the size is small, in order to ensure the matching accuracy with other parts, its dimensional accuracy, form and position tolerance, etc. are required to be high, and the general tolerance range is between ±0.01mm and ±0.1mm.

Mass production: Large-scale mass production is often required to meet market demand, so the production efficiency and consistency are required to be high.

Material: Metal sheet: Commonly used materials are stainless steel, carbon steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, etc. Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and strength, and is suitable for occasions with high environmental requirements; carbon steel has low cost and high strength, and can meet general support and connection needs; copper alloy has good electrical and thermal conductivity, and is often used in small brackets that require good electrical performance; aluminum alloy has the advantages of light weight and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in some products that require weight.

Manufacturing process: Stamping forming: This is the core process for the manufacture of small bracket stamping parts. First, the metal sheet is cut into a suitable blank, and then placed in the stamping die. The stamping machine applies pressure to make the blank plastically deformed in the die to obtain the desired shape and size. The stamping process may include punching, blanking, bending, stretching, flanging and other processes to form various structural features of the small bracket. Surface treatment: In order to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance quality of the small bracket, surface treatment is usually required. Common surface treatment methods include electroplating, spraying, oxidation, etc. Electroplating can coat a layer of metal, such as zinc, nickel, chromium, etc., on the surface of a small bracket to improve its corrosion resistance and conductivity; spraying can form an organic coating on the surface to play a protective and decorative role; oxidation treatment can form an oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy and other materials to improve its corrosion resistance and hardness.

Applications

Widely used in electronic equipment, automobiles, and home appliances
