Manufacturing process: First, according to the design drawings of air-conditioning parts, the selected metal sheets are cut into suitable blanks. Then, the blanks are placed in the stamping die and stamped under the strong pressure of the stamping machine. During the stamping process, different stamping processes such as punching, blanking, bending, and stretching are used according to the specific shape and requirements of the parts. For example, through the punching process, mounting holes and vents can be punched out on the shell; through the bending process, the flat material can be processed into a bracket with a certain angle and shape; through the stretching process, fan shells or heat exchanger connecting pipes with complex shapes can be manufactured. After stamping, the parts may need further processing, such as welding, riveting, surface treatment, etc. Welding and riveting are used to connect multiple stamping parts into a complete part, and surface treatment can improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance quality of the parts, such as spraying the air-conditioning shell to make it have better decorative effect and protective performance. Finally, after strict quality inspection, qualified air-conditioning stamping parts are sent to the air-conditioning assembly line and assembled with other parts into a complete air-conditioning product.
