Our high-performance motorcycle pressing parts are developed for the heavy-duty motorcycle and cargo transport bike segment which require that the parts must be durable and long-lasting. The parts are made from high-strength low-alloy steel which not only gives a better impact resistance but also a longer life of the parts due to the higher mechanical stress.
The components consisting of swingarm brackets, load-bearing gussets, engine mounts, and structural frames are used in the delivery motorcycles, agricultural bikes, and patrol vehicles. We apply deep drawing, flanging, and reinforcing rib stamping to improve strength and at the same time, weight efficiency is not compromised.
The process of stamping is carried out in a high-tonnage hydraulic press (300–800 tons) basically, supported by high accuracy processing technology and the in-die quality inspection sensors. We also deliver heat treatment solutions like stress relief annealing and carburizing to modify the material's property.
During the production of each part, dimensional control, weld penetration checks (if applicable), and coating thickness are measured. Our products comply with ISO/TS 16949 which is the industry standard for automotive manufacturing and can be used in the assembly lines that work with robots.
