Manufacturing process: Generally, the metal sheet is cut according to the design size to obtain a suitable blank. Common materials: Metal materials with good conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties are usually selected, such as copper, aluminum and its alloys. Copper has excellent conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effect, but the cost is relatively high; aluminum has the advantages of light weight and low cost, and is widely used in some electronic devices that are more sensitive to weight and cost. In addition, in order to further improve the shielding performance and reduce costs, some alloy materials with copper, nickel and other metals on the surface will also be used to manufacture electronic shielding cover stamping parts.
