Q4: Can I get samples?

Yes, we would be glad if you place sample orders for the purpose of checking the quality of the product and making a design assessment. For the standardized stamping parts that have molds, we usually do not charge for samples only for the freight. Such samples can be utilized by you to make the performance, the finish of the surface, and the fitting clear before you make a large purchase.

For the custom parts, especially those that need a new mold to be developed or an already branded product for market and company customization, we will charge the complexity and material as well as labor costs to be a sample charge. The time needed to make the samples depends on the project and is in most cases within the range of 5 to 15 days.
