Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A:
We are a reputable factory over 15 years old with the primary focus of making and designing of metal stamping parts and stamping die molds. We have the production of our own factory and also a team of engineers, something that trading companies do not. This situation enables us to deliver a product at a competitive price, with strict control of quality, and for each inquiry quicker than others. We have the latest CNC machining centers, wire cutting machines, and high-speed punching machines in our factory while the inspection equipment is also there for coherence and consistency. Besides, we not only receive customers for inspection but also support video factory tours for those customers in overseas. Our strong production team has the capability to produce sufficient supplies that are necessary, ensure a timely delivery, and provide technical support for both standard and custom data. We are a company that always ensures that we offer the right stamping solutions, beginning with mold development until the final product is created. We can also provide prototype solutions if the customers want some small lots with the same efficiency and professional manner while they will be served in full for any large-volume orders or deliveries.
Q: What are your main products?
A:
We possess all the expertise needed in the development, designing, the manufacturing of precision stamping dies and the stamped metal components afterward, and also take care of the marketing and sales of our products in the industry. The basic products of our company refer to the tools, the parts, and two other types of products that we manufacture and put on the market, such as vehicles and motorcycles, household devices, electric devices, communication equipment, and hardware tools industries. Depending on what your project needs, you can choose between one of the processes offered by us, including progressive die stamping, deep drawing, bending, forming, blanking, and compound die. When it comes to metal stamping molds, we implement a technique for the purpose of the customer's products that are stamped with them, that is, the OEM/ODM. We have the offer of a full range of stamping and product design services offered here, where the materials of stamping and metal such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and steel are used. Many items of our assortment are utilized in cars and motors, especially those components under the hood, such as brackets, contacts, terminals, frames, connectors, hinges, etc. Our customers' services that cover everything from there to mass production have the ability to decrease unique project costs and to speed up the implementation of stability improvement for the product. We can solve all your problems in between the product launch stage and the first volume production phase, by virtue of a group of people that have had a broad knowledge of the business and are well experienced in delivering reliable cost-effective solutions.
Q3: What surface treatments do you offer?
A:
We have a very broad variety of surface treatments made with the help of our reliable and certified partners that are able to satisfy the particular needs of different industries and applications. Some of the treatments we offer are Dacromet coating, powder coating, electroplating (zinc, nickel, tin, copper, silver, gold), anodizing, black oxide, and chrome plating. The key advantages of these finishes are anti-corrosion properties and surface hardness besides the good looking of the product. In case of highly-corrosive products, we are ready to do salt spray testing to ensure the product's durability.
Even though our factory is a specialist in stamping mold design and metal parts production, we are still closely connected with the surface treatment providers who are dedicated in following strict environmental and quality standards such as RoHS and REACH compliance. In case the customer has got other than standard technical requirements, we can prepare some customized surface treatment options and deliver surface test reports and certifications on request.
Our quality team always make sure all the treated products are in the original performance and appearance before they are sent out. The range of the products we entitle keeps our customers to get the desired product function and longer service life in settings that are not favorable to the working.
Q4: Can I get samples?
A:
Yes, we would be glad if you place sample orders for the purpose of checking the quality of the product and making a design assessment. For the standardized stamping parts that have molds, we usually do not charge for samples only for the freight. Such samples can be utilized by you to make the performance, the finish of the surface, and the fitting clear before you make a large purchase.
For the custom parts, especially those that need a new mold to be developed or an already branded product for market and company customization, we will charge the complexity and material as well as labor costs to be a sample charge. However, once the bulk production order is confirmed, this fee can partially, or even fully, be refunded.
The time needed to make the samples depends on the project and is in most cases within the range of 5 to 15 days. At this stage we are still giving the design suggestions and outline drawings to be approved and we also provide the simulation tests if they indeed are needful. What we are trying to achieve here is to allow you to confirm the good quality of the product and the accuracy of the same before starting mass production.
We carefully handle every sample order with full precision and commitment crossing all the T's and dotting all the I's to enable a smooth path from the idea to the finished product.
