Lifter stamping parts

Description

Lifter stamping parts refer to metal parts made by stamping process and used in various lifting equipment.

Function: Lifter stamping parts are key components for lifting equipment to realize lifting functions. They cooperate with each other to accurately control the rise and fall of the lifting platform or lifting components, carry the weight and force during the lifting process, and ensure the stability, accuracy and safety of the lifting action.

Material: Generally, high-strength alloy steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy materials are selected. High-strength alloy steel has high strength and toughness, can withstand large loads, and is suitable for large industrial lifting equipment or lifting systems with high safety requirements; stainless steel materials have good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and are often used in some places with high environmental requirements, such as lifting equipment in food processing plants, pharmaceutical workshops, etc.; aluminum alloys have the characteristics of light weight and high strength, and are widely used in some lifting equipment with weight requirements, such as car window lifters, small electric lifting platforms, etc., which can not only reduce the weight of the equipment itself, but also ensure the normal realization of the lifting function.

Manufacturing process: First, according to the design size and shape of the parts, the metal sheet is cut into a rough blank shape, a process called blanking. Then, the blank is stamped by the stamping die under the action of the press, and the metal sheet is gradually transformed into the required part shape through a series of processes such as punching, bending, stretching, and forming. For example, the lifting arm may need to go through multiple bending and stretching processes to form a complex shape and structure to meet its mechanical requirements during the lifting process; the guide rail needs to go through high-precision stamping and rolling processes to ensure its surface flatness and dimensional accuracy to ensure that the lifting parts can slide smoothly on it. During the stamping process, the accuracy of the die and the stamping parameters, such as stamping speed, pressure, etc., need to be strictly controlled to ensure the quality and consistency of the parts. After the stamping is completed, some parts may also need to undergo subsequent processing, such as heat treatment to improve the strength and hardness of the material, surface electroplating or spraying treatment to improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance, etc. Finally, after strict quality inspection, qualified lifter stamping parts are sent to the assembly workshop and assembled with other parts into a complete lifter product.

Applications

Common types include: lifting arms, guide rails, connecting brackets, etc., mainly used in automobiles, construction, logistics and other fields
